Terms of service
Services are offered for an initial 3-month period. Afterwards rolling 3-month periods apply, unless cancelled with a quarter’s notice. Services includes email support to arrange appointments with clients by email, reviewable each period. Counselling sessions are arranged individually with each client.
A way in which we grow our business via referrals and recommendations. After a quarter of working together – assuming you are delighted – we will ask you to provide us with a recommendation and refer us to two businesses that you think could benefit from our services.
Payment takes place as a bank transfer. Presentation session payments take place in advance. For counselling sessions an invoice will be issued monthly, based on the number of client sessions delivered. Payments then take place within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice.
You can cancel counselling sessions for free up to two days before the session would start. If you need to cancel the session within 24 hours ahead of the session, you will pay the full session’s price.
You can cancel workshops and presentations for free up to a week before the event would take place. If you have to cancel the event within a week’s time, you will pay the full event price.
